Report content
Last updated August 2026
If a prompt on Prompts House looks like spam, is a duplicate, infringes copyright, contains harmful content, or otherwise breaks our Community Guidelines, you can flag it directly — no account required.
How to report a prompt
- Open the prompt's detail page.
- Select Report in the action bar below the prompt workspace.
- Choose the reason that best fits, and add any details that will help a moderator review it.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team; we don't publish who filed a report.
Reporting a user or an account issue
There isn't a separate account-report form yet — the fastest path is reporting any of that account's prompts using the flow above and describing the concern in the details field. For urgent legal requests (e.g. a copyright takedown), include as much identifying detail as possible so it can be prioritized.
What happens after a report
A moderator reviews the report against our guidelines. Depending on what they find, a prompt may be left as is, hidden from public listings, archived, or — for repeated or severe violations — the owning account may be suspended. Reports that don't describe an actual guideline violation are dismissed without action.
